Public consultation on the Draft Methodology for the Determination of the Tariff Items for the Unloading and Send Out of Liquefied Natural Gas26 July 2016 – The Methodology for the Determination of the Tariff Items for the Unloading and Send Out of Liquefied Natural Gas was adopted during the session of the Board of Commissioners of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA) held on 22 July 2016. The preliminary public consultation concerning the Draft Methodology was conducted in the period from 14 June to 5 July 2016. We invite energy operators/entities and interested parties and experts to submit their comments, opinions or statements. The public consultation will be held in the period from June 14 to July 5, 2016. The Draft Methodology for the Determination of the Tariff Items for the Unloading and Send Out of Liquefied Natural Gas (hereinafter: Draft Methodology) has been prepared taking into account the provisions of all laws and by-laws concerning the gas sector in the Republic of Croatia, especially the Energy Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia, Number 120/12, 14/14 and 102/15), the Gas Market Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia, Number 28/13 and 14/14) and the Act on the Regulation of Energy Activities (Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia, Number 120/12). The Draft Methodology is based on the incentive regulation method, i.e. the method of maximum allowed revenue. The Draft Methodology determines the following:
