Consultation on discounts, multipliers and seasonal factors in accordance with Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas

May 19, 2026 - HERA informs interested parties about the start of the Consultation on discounts, multipliers and seasonal factors in accordance with Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas. The Consultation will be held in the period from May 19, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

After the completion of the consultation HERA will adopt a formal decision about the items referred to in Article 28, paragraph 1 of Regulation 2017/460, for the next tariff period, i.e. for 2027 and it will be published on HERA website.

The consultation procedure

1. Please provide your comments, opinions and statements by filling out the Consultation Form.
2. Please email the completed Form to by May 31, 2026 at the latest. In doing so, please consider the following:
   • In the Subject line of the email please put "Consultation-2026-08"
   • The Form for submission of comments should be named "Consultation-2026-08 NAME.docx" where NAME represents the shortened name of the representatives of interested parties
