Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA) is an autonomous, independent and
non-profit public institution which regulates energy activities in the Republic of Croatia. HERA's obligations,
authorities and responsibilities are based on the Act on the Regulation of Energy Activities, the Energy Act and other
acts regulating specific energy activities.

HERA informs interested parties about the start of the public consultation regarding the Draft Methodology for the
Determination of the Tariff Items for the Unloading and Send Out of Liquefied Natural Gas. We invite energy
operators/entities and interested parties and experts to submit their comments, opinions or statements. The public
consultation will be held in the period from June 14 to July 5, 2016.
