Energetska infrastruktura - Projekti od zajedničkog interesaSukladno članku 17. stavku 6. Uredbe (EU) 2022/869 Europskog parlamenta i Vijeća od 30. svibnja 2022. o smjernicama za transeuropsku energetsku infrastrukturu svako nacionalno regulatorno tijelo objavljuje svoju metodologiju i kriterije za evaluaciju ulaganja u energetske infrastrukturne projekte i većih rizika tih projekata. Metodologijom i kriterijima za ocjenu ulaganja u energetske infrastrukturne projekte (dalje: Metodologija) utvrđuje se način ocjene ulaganja u energetske infrastrukturne prioritetne koridore i područja od zajedničkog interesa u Europskoj uniji (dalje: projekti od zajedničkog interesa), kriteriji i postupak za ocjenu rizika za projekte od zajedničkog interesa te mjere za umanjenje ili otklanjanje rizika. HERA je Metodologiju donijela 26. siječnja 2024. godine na 2. sjednici Upravnog vijeća, a istu možete pronaći u nastavku: Pursuant to Article 17, paragraph 6 of Regulation (EU) 2022/869 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 30 May 2022 on guidelines for trans-European energy infrastructure each national regulatory authority shall publish its methodology and the criteria used to evaluate investments in energy infrastructure projects and the higher risks incurred by them. The subject Methodology and criteria for evaluating investments into energy infrastructure projects (hereinafter: Methodology) determine the method of evaluating investments into energy infrastructure priority corridors and areas projects of common interest in the European Union (hereinafter: projects of common interest), criteria and risk assessment procedure for projects of common interest and measures for risk mitigation or elimination.
