Consultation on the reference price methodology in accordance with Article 26 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas28 November 2025 - The Decision on the elements of the methodology for determining the reference price for gas transmission services in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas was adopted during the 27th session of the Board of Commissioners of the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA) held on 31 October and 7 November 2025 (Decision). This Decision was preceded by the Consultation on the draft Reference Price Methodology in accordance with Article 26 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (NC TAR) that was conducted in the period from April 10, 2025 to June 10, 2025. On 4 July 2025, HERA published the consultation responses received within the consultation and their summary, in accordance with provisions set out in Article 26(3) of NC TAR. In accordance with the Decision, HERA also conducted a public consultation on the Draft Amendments to the Methodology for determining the amount of tariff items for gas transmission, in the period from November 7 to November 23, 2025. 4 July 2025 - The Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA) on April 10, 2025 published Consultation on the Reference Price Methodology in accordance with Article 26 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas. The consultation was conducted in the period from 10 April 2025 to 10 June 2025. During the public consultation, HERA received following two anonymous submissions concerning the proposal of the Reference Price Methodology:
In accordance with Article 26, section 3 of the Regulation 2017/460, HERA publishes the consultation responses received and their summary. Invitation for participation in the consultation April 11 2025 - HERA informs interested parties about the start of the Consultation on the reference price methodology in accordance with Article 26 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas. The Consultation will be held in the period from April 10, 2025 to June 10, 2025. After the completion of the consultation, HERA will publish the consultation responses received and their summary, and will make a decision on all elements of the methodology from Article 26, paragraph 1 of Regulation 2017/460 within a maximum of five months from the end of the consultation.
