Consultation on the reference price methodology in accordance with Article 26 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas

April 11, 2025 - HERA informs interested parties about the start of the Consultation on the reference price methodology in accordance with Article 26 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas. The Consultation will be held in the period from April 10, 2025 to June 10, 2025.

After the completion of the consultation, HERA will publish the consultation responses received and their summary, and will make a decision on all elements of the methodology from Article 26, paragraph 1 of Regulation 2017/460 within a maximum of five months from the end of the consultation.

The consultation procedure

1. Please provide your comments, opinions and statements by filling out the Consultation Form.
2. Please email the completed Form to by June 10, 2025 at the latest. In doing so, please consider the following:
   • In the Subject line of the email please put "Consultation-2025-01"
   • The Form for submission of comments should be named "public-consultation-2025-01 NAME.docx" where NAME represents the shortened name of the representatives of interested parties
