Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency (HERA) is an autonomous, independent and non-profit public institution which regulates energy activities in the Republic of Croatia. HERA's obligations, authorities and responsibilities are based on the Act on the Regulation of Energy Activities, the Energy Act and other acts regulating specific energy activities.

20 December 2018 - HERA informs interested parties about the start of the Consultation on discounts, multipliers and seasonal factors in accordance with Article 28 of Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/460 of 16 March 2017 establishing a network code on harmonised transmission tariff structures for gas (Regulation 2017/460). The Consultation will be held in the period from December 18, 2018 to February 18, 2019.
