An invitation to submit applications for the designation of a nominated electricity market operator (NEMO) In accordance with Article 4, paragraph 1 of the Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1222 of 24 July 2015 establishing a guideline on capacity allocation and congestion management (CACM), each Member State electrically connected to a bidding zone in another Member State shall ensure that one or more nominated electricity market operators (NEMO) are designated. For this purpose, the Croatian Energy Regulatory Agency invites applications for the designation of a NEMO. |
